After supporting parents through birth preparation, I noticed something was missing - my families were prepared for birth & the immediate post-natal period, but not for what came after - early parenthood. My aim is for you to leave this program feeling prepared, confident, informed & supported about your birth right through to those early days and weeks of being a parent. This is is support that doesn't disappear once your baby has arrived.

2) In person workshop - 6/9/2026 9:30am - 3:30pm at Mindhub, Evesham

What do we cover during the in person workshop -
-
Birth plans, positioning for pregnancy, labour and birth (biomechanics), C-sections & making them positive, inductions & making them positive, supporting physiological birth, the role of the birth partner, unplanned homebirth planning,
-
Birth rights & advocacy, navigating the maternity system, informed decision making.

The big day - Water Birth , the labour process, labour and birth breathing, slow or stalled labour, pushing out your baby, birthing the placenta (and what to do with it), the immediate post-natal period.

Baby Wearing Support - bring your own carrier or have a go with some of ours!

Throughout the day, we will have regular guided pregnancy relaxations & discussions on how hypnobirthing techniques can be applied to labour and birth
3) Live, 3 hr, online post- natal education and post natal planning & preparation session (Date TBC - you will be sent the recording of the session if you can't make it live). Inc: Post-natal recovery, Newborn behaviour and expectations, Breastfeeding, Bottle Feeding, Recognising and navigating birth trauma & post natal depression, Safe Sleep, Car Seat Safety, relationship changes, planning for the postnatal period and more! If you can't make the live, online workshop, the recording will be sent to you so you don't miss out!

4) Postnatal Reunion Session - The babies have been born and and now it's time to introduce them. Join the group in a safe, supportive environment to be able to be able to socialise with your baby, enjoy a coffee and a cake, speak to other parents about your experiences and ask any questions or discuss any worries you may have with our trained Antenatal & Postnatal educator, breastfeeding & baby wearing peer supporter, Lauran.
