Cancellation Policy

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in hypnobirthing classes provided by The Outspoken Birthworker). By booking and attending our Classes, you agree to these Terms. Booking and Payment • All bookings are subject to availability • Where applicable, deposits available for bookings made prior to 1 week before the class begins • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless a deposit has been out put down, 1 week prior to the course commencing unless otherwise agreed. • A place is only confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellations and Refunds • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the class start date will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made less than 72hrs before the class start date are non-refundable. • In case of instructor illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we may offer to reschedule or issue a full refund. • For private sessions, please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule free of charge. In the case of sickness, I will do my best to reschedule your session at the earliest convenience. Class Attendance • Please arrive on time to get the most out of your session. • We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who behaves disruptively or inappropriately. • Classes are not a substitute for medical advice or care. Always consult your healthcare provider regarding your pregnancy and birth. Liability • We are not responsible for any injury or loss incurred during the classes, except where required by law. • Participants take part in classes at their own risk and are responsible for informing the instructor of any medical conditions or concerns before the class. • The Outspoken Birthworker cannot be held responsible if your birth does not go as you had originally planned. The Outspoken Birthworker is here to guide you in how to make your own, informed choices, in regards to your birth, not make these decisions for you. GDPR and Data Protection • We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. • We only collect essential data such as your name, contact information, due date, and relevant health information with your consent. • Your data will be used solely to deliver our services, respond to your enquiries, and manage bookings. • We will not share your personal information with third parties unless legally required. • You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
